This policy explains what data Propze (propze.in) collects, why, and who it is shared with.
What we collect
Account data: your name and email. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile (name, email, photo). Usage data: the lead records you create in the CRM, and per-tool usage counts. We do not collect payment data in this version.
Why we use it
To provide the service — authenticate you, run the tools you use, apply your plan limits, and send follow-up reminders you set up.
Third parties
We share the minimum necessary with: Google (sign-in), Resend (sending email), and Anthropic (AI listing generation — the text you submit for generation is processed by their API). Razorpay will be added as the payment processor in a future release. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep your account and lead data while your account is active. You can delete records in-app, and you can request account deletion by contacting us.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at the address on our contact page.
