Propze is a digital subscription service. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid plans.
Digital service
Paid plans unlock higher monthly usage limits on tools you can start using immediately. Because access is granted instantly on payment, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except as required by law.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. On cancellation you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period — there is no grace period beyond that, and the plan is not auto-renewed after cancellation.
No pro-rata refund
Cancelling mid-period does not trigger a partial refund; your access simply runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Billing problems
If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing mistake, contact us within [N] days and we will review and, where appropriate, refund the disputed amount.
