The service
Propze provides property tools for the Indian market: RERA record lookup, rental agreement generation, AI-assisted listing copy, and a lead CRM. This is a digital service — there is no physical product and no shipping.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service: no scraping or automated bulk access beyond your plan, no attempts to breach security, and no unlawful, infringing, or misleading content submitted through our tools.
RERA information disclaimer
RERA data shown in Propze is scraped from public state RERA portals and is provided “as of” the date shown. It may be incomplete or out of date, and a “not found” result does not mean a project is unregistered. Always verify on the official state RERA portal before acting.
Limitation of liability
Propze is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propze is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on generated documents or third-party RERA data.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of [city], India.
